Our Story
Bill HB 94 was passed with unanimous support and signed into law 3-23-2015. Utah became the tenth state in the country to adopt a Right to Try Law. It gives terminally ill people faster access to potentially life-saving, experimental drugs that don't yet have full FDA approval. Right to Try allows a patient, along with his or her doctor, to petition the drug maker directly for an experimental drug – as long as the drug has passed the first of three levels of FDA approval.
